This store is operated by Jolly Rugs. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jolly Rugs. You can reach us any time at jollyrugs@outlook.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include any taxes shown at checkout. We may change prices and run or end promotions at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Products

Our rugs are quilted by hand, so small variations in stitching, shade, size and finish are normal and are part of a handmade product. Screens display colour differently, so the rug you receive may vary slightly from the photographs. Sizes are approximate.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using this site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy, scrape or resell its content. All text, images and designs on this site belong to Jolly Rugs and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that every description, price or other detail is free of error. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that apply to you, including rights to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods.
